How long will it take for my items to arrive after placing an order?

Once an order has been placed, our team will work as quickly as possible to get the order sent out and delivered within 2-4 working days.

Is it possible to return the product?

We are proud of our customer service, so if you have a valid reason for returning the product then we will be happy to issue a refund.

Is it possible to cancel the order after it has been placed?

Once your order is submitted, we begin the handling and dispatching process so no items can be added or removed. You can, however, use our returns service if you are unhappy with your order.

I’m a musician, how can I be booked in for a Prisma session?

Please email info@prismaclothing.com with an introduction to yourself and one of your tracks. Due to the popularity of the Prisma sessions we cannot guarantee that every artist will get a session.

Is your question still unanswered? Don’t hesitate to contact us: Info@prismaclothing.com

Terms and conditions

Place an order with us via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

We may refuse to accept an order: where goods are not available; where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; there has been a pricing or product description error; or you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images of products accurately represent our physical goods. However, due to the limitations of the technology used to display the images of our products, minor variations between the on-screen images and the physical products may occur.
